NAME: Doctor Sue

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Clever, Principled, Secretive.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Summer Fae Changeling who runs acts as an Eye Doctor. Also makes fake IDs for Supernaturals and others.
• NOTES: Sue is responsible for helping more than one person disappear or create disguises for jobs.

NAME: Andrew Marshal

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Distracted, Stoned, Skater.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Part of Craig Big Eagle’s network. Shaman of the Urban Wing.
• NOTES: Virgil originally wanted to recruit Andrew and his flock for his crew, but Craig Big Eagle’s shadow over him was too much of a risk. Instead, Virgil kept an eye on the kid and has looked to him for information that no one else local can get.

NAME: Aunt B

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Altruistic, Driven, Unflappable.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Ran the Radcliffe Clinic until it was bombed.
• NOTES: Even Virgil is an ally to Aunt B. Virgil has made donations to her clinic as part of his Robin Hood act, but only ever with his own money and never with stolen goods or ill-gotten gains.

NAME: Hrolf Helgarson

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Reserved, Intense, Mysterious.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Number 3 in charge of Monoc’s security wing.
• NOTES: Virgil’s “Parole Officer” for the Conclave and one of Virgil’s aboveboard employers for “Security Consulting”. Virgil has an uneasy relationship with Hrolf. They respect each other, but do not trust one another at all.

• TIES / BACKGROUND: Criminal and underground ties with contacts among the wealthy and famous in the region.
• NOTES: Virgil’s old Fence who trafficked in the goods he stole.

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Sleazy, entitled, predatory.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Virgil knows him from before. The two have a long and colorful relationship of antagonism against each other.
• NOTES: Cherished nephew of Raymond Avila that uses his name to get away with whatever he desires.

NAME: Jeffery Maydenbauer

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Arrogant, greedy, spiteful.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Virgil has stolen from Maydenbauer on several occasions.
• NOTES: Maydenbauer and Trevor Radcliffe have been on Virgil’s wishlist for years. The two of them are responsible for his current situation.

NAME: Takahashi Hidenori

• QUIRK/PERSONALITY: Ambitious, disciplined, arrogant.
• TIES / BACKGROUND: Takahashi leads the Tora Sagami clan. They dispatch threats to the Conclave of Emerald with zeal.
• NOTES: The Enforcer for the Emerald Conclave is also Virgil’s “Parole Officer”.
